I am not in love with my Pretty Bird order, can it be returned?
We hope you love your order, however, if for any reason you do not, we offer returns in exchange for store credit on unworn items in resellable condition. Original Item tag must still be attached.
To start an exchange, please email email@example.com with your order number and ‘Exchange Request’ in the subject line within 7 days of receiving your package. Once the order is returned and inspected, an e-gift card will be issued. Store credit value will be the merchandise total, minus original and return shipping fees.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for earrings that have been tried on.
Sale merchandise and all orders placed with a discount code of 20% or more are final sale.
If you return individual items from a stacking set, you will be charged the original retail price for those kept items, and your store credit will reflect the difference.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
- Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sale items can not be refunded for change of mind.
