International orders will have average delivery times between 14 - 21 days. Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been shipped. Return Policy We hope you love your Pretty Bird jewelry, however, if for any reason you do not, we offer returns in exchange for store credit on unworn items in resellable condition. To start an exchange, please email sales@prettybird.shop with your order number and ‘Exchange Request’ in the subject line within 7 days of receiving your package. Once the order is returned and inspected, an e-gift card will be issued. Store credit value will be the merchandise total, minus original and return shipping fees.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for earrings that have been tried on. Sale merchandise and all orders placed with a discount code of 20% or more are final sale. If you return individual items from a stacking set, you will be charged the original retail price for those kept items, and your store credit will reflect the difference.
